I stayed at Nearthepark Boutique House for one night and while the location was good, my experience was quite disappointing. The bed had no sheets and there was inadequate communication with the staff, who didn't speak much English. Additionally, the advertised breakfast wasn't available, and I had to wait to get my room key deposit back. Overall, I wouldn't consider this a positive stay.

I had a pretty good time at Nearthepark Boutique House. The location was amazing, just a stone's throw from Lanna Square and bars, which made it super convenient.
